MS and FS on 1841 census

If you google 'MS FS 1841 census' you will find that it comes back as male and female servant. nell

Single? But if its in the occupation column, it's probably an abbreviation. Manservant, female servant?

In the occupation column of the 1841 census I have the letters 'FS' next to to one member of the family. I've seen the letters FS and MS on this census before and it looks like the F stands for female and the M for Male - but what would the S stand for?
