hi georgina yes thats the family edith was born a year after that census and her mum amy died in 1905 its a mystery why edith went to canada and why she had her whole name changed,would love to find her on the ship that took her to canada and would like to know why she went angie x

i have no idea sam this info is from her grandson in canada,he cant find any immigration records for her but she did marry and die in canada she had many siblings that remained in b,ham it all seems so odd angie x

I understand the surname change from Gibson to Booth, but why would they have changed her christian name? Sam

this is realy complicated and hoping for some help dora booth birth name was edith maud gibson born 1902 in aston b,ham her parents were john william gibson and amy sargant now amy died in 1905 and john remarried in 1906 in 1912 dora was taken to canada with a family with the surname booth hence her name change,now i dont know if they changed it before they went to canada or when they got there,they sailed on the olympia or the britanny ship dora had many siblings,so why did only dora go to canada and what is she doing living with another family hope some one can help find out the mystery of dora angie x
