Joseph Cheers abt 1805 born Lidenham, Gloucester (occ in 1851 was Carter). Wife: Matilda Cheers abt 1805 born Manchester, Dau: Mary Ann Cheers abt 1830 born Heywood/Rochdale Son: Thomas Cheers abt 1832 born Heywood/Rochdale Son: Joseph Cheers abt 1835 born Rochdale. In the 1851 census the family were living in Heap near Heywood, Lancashire. Thanks, Annette Does anyone know where I could buy a CD-ROM with the 1841 Census Lancashire??

I would save my money if i was you? it will be out on Ancestry very soon, plenty of people on here will do lookups for you, if you do not subscribe to Ancestry. Roy

stepping stones is a good place- you can also for a small charge iew the 1841 lancs census on line good luck louise
