You can actually download Wills up to 1858 from National Archives online documents for £3.50. Only SOME wills on there but Ive found 5 of mine. |

www.a2a.org.uk/ is like a big index. You can't look at records online, but it does tell you where they are and a brief idea of what is in them. You can search people's names, place names, organisations, and restrict your search by date or by archive. nell |
