Denise, i doubt very much if you usd the frst account in any way shape or from GR will refund you for it. I dont feel it is really a 'site' problem - it was an error on your part. |

Your right, I did end up with two accounts in February when I first joined. I wrote to GR and asked them to cancel one and not bill me on the same day. I never heard anything back even though I wrote several times. My husband suggested I contact the credit card company as well and have them hold the payment to see what they would do, but I wanted to at least allow them to help me first. It doesn't seem to be working though. Denise |

Heather Not only does it say Denise has 84 people in her tree, it also says she joined Oct 2003. She says she only joined in Feb this year. Something strange there!! Margaret |

If you have paid by credit card then contact the card company and tell them that there appears to be duplication and would they please reverse one of them - that will wake GR up to your problem. |

Second thoughts....when I click on your name it shows you have 84 people in your tree. Have you tried the old tree programme? Sometimes it works when the new one doesn't. Heather |

Hi Denise Probably a daft idea but....is it possible that you have two accounts and one has your tree and the other doesn't and you're in the wrong one? I would think you would have to have two account numbers and passwords though. Heather |

Thanks. I will try that. It is really frustrating when you have spent hours inputting people in here only to find out that over three hundred are now gone along with the contact people that helped you get them. Thanks again, Denise |

there has been a couple of threads on here about the same thing if you go to the search box and put something like GR subsciptions etc you should be able to find some answers |

Did that, read the preview and then clicked send. They just don't seem to respond at all. I've tried several times in the past couple of months regarding the double subscription/billing. Denise |

I joined GR in February. I have been double charged on my credit card and although I have written I have received no response. In addition the over 360 ancestors I have added to my tree have suddenly disappeared along with all of the contacts regarding them. I have written several times and never receive any kind of response, feedback or anything to even tell me they have gotten my emails. Please give me suggestions as to how I can go about correcting this. Thanks, Denise Fabel |
