awww heather thank you, i`d be grateful for any info on her as my nan was 2 when she died so didnt know her, ada married my grt grandad walter charles in ludlow 1912 but ada died in 1915 a year after having her 4th child, until i get her death cert i wont know how she died. many thanks kaz

hi Heather, thank you so much, i wasnt sure if her maiden name was pugh or not, i only found a sarah jane then a pugh appeared but cant remember where from, i didnt go back to far as the census said william was born at farlow then changed to stottesdon which is close by, the oreton bit threw me but i know thats close by now, theres a signpost opposite the chapel where my nan and her parents are buried and all the place names mentioned are on it. so a big thank you, hopefully i`ll get somewhere now.

ive just added sarahs maiden name and looked on ancestry for her in 1861, found 2 sarahs one for stootesdon and the other for bishops castle i think, so may have to send off for the marriage you found to establish who her dad was. so confusing trying to work out what relation they are to me lol i seem to have so many grt grt grandparents, i started doing four trees, my dads paternal and maternal and my mums, at the moment im concentrating on the maternal side of both my parents as you could go on forever.
