I know I've seen threads on this sort of thing before - but I've searched and cannot find them. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks! William

What you do is put them in, and then add in their parents, and then their parents parents and it will ask if this XXXXXX is the same as XXXXXXXX and would you like to merge them/

Wish Genes would sort this out too, I have a couple in my tree!!!
