Could anyone clarify the address on the following please 1871 RG10/661 Sheet K Page 137 John Thos. Foulser It reads to me something like 5 Green G? Gardens. Or possibly Queen G Gardens? Thanks RIta |

Not sure if we are looking at the same one, but 1871 there's a John Thos. I'm confused!! The only John Thos Foulser I could find is at this ref: Source information: RG10/644 Registration district: St Olave Southwark Sub-registration district: Rotherhithe ED, institution, or vessel: 16 Folio: 137 Page: 37 (click to see others on page) Household schedule number: 128 but his address is: 16 Corbett's Lane, Rotherhithe. My abject apologies to you all. I mucked up big time. I have the census image but can't quite understand the address. The ref should be : 1861 census RG 9/251 Sheet D Page 16 John Foulser Living No. 5 - Green Gage Gardens, or Queen Cage Gardens - I am at a loss But if is anyone can find said John Foulser, born 1832 in Shoreditch, in the 1851 I would be extremely grateful. Others have looked to no avail. RIta. Must leave house but will get back a bit later. Hangs head in sham as she slinks out the door. |

Reggie - Now see what you have been and gorn and done. You have actually found the missing Foulsers INCLUDING the widowed Ann Foulser. I couldn't be more pleased.
