Hi Linda.. From free BMD site.... This could be Mary's death ref: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deaths Mar 1873 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wilkes Mary Ann 32 Walsall 6b 434 ************************************* And this looks like Joseph's second marriage: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Marriages Dec 1875 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HAMES Ann Birmingham 6d 37 Morris Henry Birmingham 6d 37 SHELDON Jane Birmingham 6d 37 Wilkes Joseph Birmingham 6d 37 Going of Arthur's birth year 1879 and Mary's death year, it looks like Jane is deffinately his mother... Lib :))
