I also found a triplet birth in parish records but sadly they all died. By the way, I was married to a triplet!! (Does that count?) Sue.

What a fantastic surname. No, I've only found two sets of twin boys, all of whom died before the age of 18 months:-(

I just wanted to share a birth entry I've just come across, well, should I say three!!!! I've seen a triplet birth registered for the first time. How exciting! Annie Elizabeth Earwaker, Q4, 1870, Holburn, 1b 635 Mary Rebecca Earwaker, Q4, 1870, Holburn, 1b 635 William Theophilus Earwaker, Q4 1870, Holburn, 1b 635 Sadly, Mary & William's deaths were registered the same quarter. I then found myself on a mission to find Annie. I'm pleased to say she married in 1891! I think this is a real achievement to survive a triplet birth in those days. So sad, but happy, in respect of Annie. Anyone else found a triplet birth? Helen x
