can anybody help with information on this individual, peter flaherty born 1884 birkenhead. he was on board the ulyssses in 1918.we have a card when he was in boston harbour. is there a web site to visit for information on army info of this nature. lizz

Do you know definitely that he was in the army? Have you looked for his name on the index medal cards online on The National Archives website? nell

helen i can send you the image from american immigration if you like the vessell is s/s ulysses in new york on 21nov 1918. lizz i don't have any website addresses

Google 'National archives' and you will find the site. I don't need to see the image, just whether or not it states he was a soldier, sailor or civilian. If he was a soldier he should be on the Nat Archives medals cards. nell

helen, sorry forgot to mention he was merchan navy would that still be on there. lizz
