Ages on 1841 census

Please could someone remind me of the rules about 'rounding up or down' (I cannot remember which it is) of ages for the 1841 census. I've tried to find the previous thread but there are too many to sort through. Thank you, Jennie

They are rounded down, from when someone is 15 (unless the enumerator 'forgot')

I think children 15 and under are shown as actual age, adults are rounded down to the lowest 5 ie, age 28 is down as 25 years
