Is there anyway I can find the exact date of a marriage in the 1940's. Sending for certicates in the past, I have known the exact dates, names etc. before I ordered. Is it alright just to put the qtr, and information off BMD, will they find the right people? Thanks in advance |

Jean If you live in England, then try phoning the Local Registry Office of the area the marriage took place first, many of them do certificates and they are a lot quicker. Josie |
