My Elizabeth was definately the daughter of Sarah Murton ,confirmed in the 1901 and 1891 census. Keep looking ,anything i can help with I will....it ia amazing what you find.....I had killed off one off my gg uncles and lo and behold he was in another house........

On my husbands side his GGG grandmother had 6 children illigitimate which shocked me too it was in the 1850's Jeanette

Sandra, I am still convinced that we have the same rellies here but then I could be wrong, I have a Elizabeth Murton Born 1848 in Diss Norfolk;; I tried a few times to track her down and no sucsess, I am wondering if this is her mother, will try to get back on detective trail today and will let you know if I find out anything;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Babs

From yesterday.......Elizabeth Murton,born 1860 in Norwich...I have a possible father for her called William a dn adeffinate mother called Sarah.I can't believe she had four illigitimate children.......could she have married another Murton? How would I find that out?
