When we open a family page, at top left there is file, when clicked, it opens a segmented window and in the last but one, we have (well I have) four titles 1-4 which are used for different families. With me so far? I use 3 of these for 3 different Bannock families and 4th one for Watt. This operation is fairly easy. I then followed the instructions to form a website, that was easy. But, and there's always one with me, when I try to upload another of the Bannock lines, it contaminates the one that is already uploaded. This made me think, perhaps we're only allowed one url. I sorted out the mix up and have No 1 Bannock in space, but can I upload more? has anyone tried and been successful.? Another prob, somehow the nos 1-4 titles are not correct, how does one change the titles(At the moment, I am using : 2C:\DOCUME~1\de...\BAC91F~1\04BANN~1FTW , for my Watt file/tree, surely i could indicate it better. I just know you are there, take your time, but I need help in my dotage. Thank you for your time, I hope that any response will aid others in the same predicament, bye for now, Derek in France

I think its fantastic you could split them up in the first place - Im still trying to work out Rons instructions for doing it. I should think Derek we are probably only given one home page per program. You can always mail them asking for more I guess - they are always very helpful when I mail with questions.

Hi Derek I'm definitely not a Whizz Kid but I do know the answer to this one! I have a birth tree and an adoptive tree and wanted them on two separate webpages. I couldn't work out a way of doing it so I contacted FTM, and they confirmed that it's only one webpage per person. However, I did get round it eventually (ssshhhhhh are you listening carefully because I'm going to whisper) .... I have my adoptive tree on my own pc, and I loaded FTM onto my son's laptop and have my birth tree registered on there. Hey presto, two webpages for the price of one! Mandy

Derek, if you open your FTM2005 at the top click on the help tab and go down to technical help. A page will open with lots of frequently answered questions - I usually ignore them as I dont understand them anyway. At the top of the page in the middle there is another tab contact Ancestry or something. Click on that, enter your question and click. Dont be fooled into thinking you have sent the question. Your mail will come up for you to look at then scroll down again to submit it. Ive had answers sometimes literally in minutes - I think it depends on how busy Dwayne, Louis or Delray are at the time! Worth a go tough.
