Anyone using Legacy? Could someone tell me, when doing a report how you set living people to 'living'.......I can't find it anywhere. Thank you |

Its a bit of a long way but I initially export as a gedcom file in which you are given the option to suppress details of and or change name to living. Save it to desktop Import it back into legacy the create a report from this. Hope this helps Sue |

Hi Red Choose the type of report you want, then click on 'Report Options', then click on 'Format'. Top right is a box to tick for either 'Supress details of living people' or 'Change name to living'. Click which you want, then click 'Close'. It will stay that way for every report you do until you change it again. Tina |
