Freecen - transcription help needed please

I have just started to do the data entry for the freecen programme. I did the first two pages ok by writing onto paper before entering the data into the spreadsheet. I would like to know if there is a way to keep both the windows open while i enter the info. I can view them both at the same time but as soon as i click to enter info the other viewing window closes. I'm sure I have seen somebody else on this site who knows about these things. Help appreciated. Chris

Chris, Check out the FREECEN help thread as there is some help on that with this problem. Just put FREECEN into search box and you will find it. Maureen
