through the bmd site which lists available areas and sometimes other links for that area,or freebmd site or ancestry. so far i have been lucky because the certificates i have ordered from cheshire bmd have been returned within 2 days.not as long as some of the people on here. lizz

Hi Linda...lol Personally I have relevant search pages in my favorites so when someone requests a lookup I can click on it and do a search within minutes....it does get a bit competitive Im finding and ...lol...Im sure people are upgrading their PC's to work faster (or am I just getting slower?) Suzanne

Mostly on Ancestry - FreeBMD version for the 1800's and early 1900's and the Beta version for after this. Kath. x
