Hello Suzanne, Thanks for reply. Have tried to look through Ancestry. Can get quarters up but am not a member so cannot view people in each quarter. Not able to spend enough time on here at the moment to join Ancestry but would dearly love to as know it would be so very beneficial. Am waiting on some Certificates at moment (have been waiting ages). When I get them may be able to set aside time to join Ancestry. Thanks anyway for advice.

Hi Pam you can trawl the marriage indexes for free on the ancestry.)com (ignore bracket) website. Once in the site look for England Births, marriages and death: England & Wales, Marriage Index: 1837-1983 (Beta) - Free England & Wales, Marriage Index: 1984-2000 Free The beta search wil allow you to trawl through 1/4 by 1/4. Have you tried the elctorol rlls or directories enquiries: 192 website b4usearch website Suzanne
