Found this website which I think will help with the planning and placing of where kinfolk lived in my home town. I'm not finding it easy, but what things I've placed, looks good. What do you think? Another little poser, what did the Italians call the Germans during the war(WW11), was it 'tedeschi' or something like, what did it mean? I had a chat with an this old Italian at lunch today and he was on about the Germans. Interesting if you can follow, bye for now, Derek in France

Its just what Italians call Germans. I don't think its slang or insulting. members.aol*com/Custermen85/Reference/Glossary.htm says ''Tedeschi' - Italian word for 'German'. British name for Germans was 'Teds'.
