Hi, does it only happen to me that some PM's I get dont appear via my email and go straight into GR messages? wonder if this is the reaon why some people dont respond to them? I know Ive missed some for ages as I dont always check my GR message as I always prsume they come as emails? Suzanne

this happens to me too GR say it must be a spam filter at my end but I check my junk folders weekly and never find them! I get new names alert and hot match e mails fine - it is just the pm's netti

that's right Suzanne its ok when you log into the site regularly but there are times when I can go a week or 2 without my 'fix' and then I rely on e mail to tell me when I have a message. This has only happened since the new year - last year was fine. I have exchanged e mails with GR support but I have to wait for a pm to test if it is working! send me a pm and I will do the same for you - lets see if it is ok now? netti

Hi Netti, the first one you sent went into both email and messages, the second one you sent got that one too but it didnt go into GR messages just arrived as an email. I thought I was having trouble but if you havn't received them yet then that does seem strange. Suzanne

that is interesting - they must be set up in a different way no e mail as yet - just spot them as 1 new message in margin netti
