Viewing other people's tree help needed

I hope somebody can help I have been given access to a tree but it is not in my shared trees folder. how do I access it.

have you looked in your contacts and made sure you have access to it?

The person who pm me and gave me access has not come up in my contacts

It might just be someone who does not understand how to use the site. If they are a hot match send them a message through hot matches asking them to reply through hot matches and leave the box ticked.
