Each copy I take only saves part of the image. is it essential to download the enhanced viewer, which I don't want to do on my office computer, or can I resolve this simply? Help please!

Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 3 470 Send Message	Thanks for the suggestions, Alan. We had new servers a week ago and nothing has worked properly since. I think I'll have to juggle with sceen prints and just pray for a good image. Cheers.
