I have just downloaded PAF5 but when I go to open the set-up file, I get a message which reads.........InstallShield (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The system could not read from the specified device.........any ideas what I can do next? I already have FTM, but want this program to share with others that don't have FTM. |

Many thanks Valerie. I wonder if part of the problem may be that I am not trying to install it in the C drive. Maybe I will uninstall/delete and try letting it install in C. Then if the same thing happens, I will give your suggestion a try. |
