GR have built me a time-machine for my messages !!

Strange things are happening - are they happening to anyone else. I opened a message this morning which had been sent to me yesterday. I replied to the message this morning. I have just received in my direct mail a message which says I have another e-mail from this member so I came into the site and sure enough there was a new message (marked new and unopened). I opened it and it was the same message again - a request to view my tree. I was a little annoyed as I had asked for more info and there was no connection - I thought she had ignored this and just sent another request. BUT. - the message I had already received had disappeared !! I started to panic, thinking I had imagined it all, complete with details, but when I looked at my sent message it was there, and in my direct e-mail, I had 2 messages saying I had been contacted by her - One last night, and one just now. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Dea x |

Hi Dea, I am on the time-machine too ! I received a message yesterday on my GR messages but not on my pc email inbox. I answered the message on GR yesterday and LOW AND BEHOLD if I wasn't just sat here minding my own business when up pops in my inbox a message to say I have a message on GR. I must be psychic because when I opened it, I already knew what it said because I opened it yesterday. Oh, I'm con-flu-sed now Joan |

Thank goodness it's not just me then. - When you get to 'a certain age', you start to wonder when things like this happen. If the message had just been there twice on GR, I wouldn't have bothered but the first one had gone and only the new one was there !! Really spooky ! Dea x |

I am getting no e mail to tell me when I have new messages. I have exchanged several e mails with support over this but no nearer solving it. does this happen to anyone else? netti (have checked address and spam filters etc) |
