Sandra, Cordwainers made shoes. Coltbreakers trained/schooled young horses. One of my rellies was a Norfolk horsebreaker, who then travelled up the old drovers roads, taking horses to horsefairs all over the country. He eventually settled in Yorkshire. jay

Thanks, sorry Heather ,you must be fed up of this Jeary family.........Looked up my Samuel Jeary and found my name as a criminal in America.............I get about......No stone unturned.....Will get on Ancestry........
