Maureen I don't believe I did that - I've only just noticed the TYPO. I'm so sorry I've wasted everyone's time looking for the wrong name - it is Francis FORD. My humble apologies. Lynne |

Gerri Yes, I saw that one but Eliza's father was James and died before she married. I am frantically searching for the one I found previously and I could kick myself. I think it must have been mistranscribed or something. I am now beginning to think it must have been 1861 because there were no children with them but I can't be sure. Thanks everyone for trying, maybe I will have to leave it for now and come back to it another time. Cheers. Lynne |

I found them on a census some time ago but cannot remember which one and did not print a copy. They were living in Salford and Francis was a Beerhouse keeper. Eliza's mother, Margaret Delaney, widow, was living with them but I cannot remember who was Head of the family. Now I cannot find them at all, I have tried all 3 of them even leaving out years of birth but to no avail. Can anyone else see them for me please. Francis and Eliza both 23 at marriage so born approx 1836. Thanks in advance for any help. Lynne |
