could someone please pm me, I seem to have become invisible and not getting messages, my site doesn't seem to be working right today lost my hot matches too Thanks Linda p.s can you let me know if you do pm so I know if I should have some messages

thank you Pat, haven't got it yet. so frustrating as got my hot matches today and had a couple of really hopeful ones and now lost :(

have sent you pm have you looked on your tree matches (left hand side) on surnames as the hot matches will be there too just make sure you change to all names (right hand side) when you see all your surnames Jeanette

ok I'm having a blonde day, I clicked on my tree matches but just get a list of the names in my tree,

then next to them then if working right should say a number how many have same name and how many are in your tree if you click on left hand side where it says 1 day to 14 days then all names click on all names and it should say Bloggs 14 (how many you have) 1000 click on 1000 then it will tell you all the names in surname does that make sense? Jeanette

if no numbers have you tried logging out then in again? If still not working you will have to contact Genes Jeanette

thanks for being patient. I've done that but still can't get the hot matches sent to me today.When I go to that I get 'hot matches summary' then it goes straight to another page saying no hot matches etc... oooh I think it's time to watch the commonwealth games before i have you all as mad as me :)

I see you are quite new 28/2/2006 so you might get them soon so its best for now to look at tree matches which is some times better than hot matches they get sent every 2 weeks. I have finally got to the letter G hope that helps its hard trying to explain by writing Jeanette

I've had 2 lots since joining, last ones were today.Had someone with 11 and 7 matches to my tree.and a few with 2 or 3 thought I had saved them to look at later but 'puff' gone :(

have you scrolled down in case they are in ignored hotmatches thats where they go if you saved them. Otherwise very wierd. jeanette

can't even get to the hot matches page it automatically takes me to the no hot matches dont worry etc done every 14 days! how frustrating! pm's are working now, thank you all for your messages :)

If you have managed to delete ALL your hotmatches, then you don't appear to be able to recall ANY of them. If you get new hot matches, that restores your discarded matches. (You don't need to save hot matches, only discard the ones you don't want.)
