I emailed ancestry yesterday about not being able to see page numbers and others on the page, and got this reply: Dear Tom, Thank you for your email. We are currently addressing the issues you are experiencing. The inconvenience is a temporary situation and hopefully will be corrected shortly. Feedback from you, our valued customer, helps us correct errors and improve the website. Your patience and efforts to assist us in this matter are appreciated. Best regards, Darren Member Solutions Ancestry.co.uk

Tom Do you have their e-mail address? Each time I try to e-mail ancestry it asks me to fill out form after I have written my request then asks for my email and says 'Somone already has that e-mail address.

Hi, I got the same reply! So did several others yesterday. But at least they will be aware we are unhappy.
