Somebody has kindly sent me a file which I have had to open with Acrobat Reader, it is absolutely wonderful my husbands family history but its 47 pages long, is there any way I can print this without using 47 pages of paper plus of course all my ink thanks a lot |

Hi Valerie The only way I can think of is to print 2 pages to a page but it will make the print small. if you go to print setup in the file menu, click the Properties box and then the Page Layout tab. Half way down the page thing should be a Multi-Page option - if you increase the number from one you will get more pages printed per page so useing less paper. Also use the econermy ink setting as it uses less ink than normal and alot less than the best setting. LT |

You could choose alternate pages and then print the others on the back? Also I think you could choose two pages per sheet. Do 1 and 2 on the first page, and then 3 and 4 on the back. If its still big enough to read, that is! Anne |
