Hello, Just wanted to let you all know the latest from GRO. Have just called them about my certs that they took payment for on 27th Feb. They are currently posting out despatch dates from 1st March. Have had 8000 more requests a week than usual. 200,000 certificate requests in Feb alone. I was informed that mine had a 5th March despatch date approx and that if I dont receive on Monday to call back.

It is! :-) Lovely that the hobby is being more recognised, but not making it easy for the rest of us that are used to receiving certificates within the week!

I ordered 5 certs on 18th February with an estimated despatch date of 2nd March. I received one yesterday (8th) and one today (9th), and still waiting for the other three. They were already getting snowed under so why didn't they add an extra week to the estimated despatch dates? Then instead of us being fed up because they were late, we might have been pleased that they'd arrived 'early' lol! Most annoying thing though is that they take the payment almost straight away! Most places don't debit your card until despatch takes place. Mandy in Somerset

I wonder where all the money goes that they make out of us?? They've got to be turning a tidy profit.
