Hi Lin, I only downloaded it the once about 2 years ago, and its still working, they will send you updates from time to time, which I just download. Hope this helps, Audrey

Audrey, If your still around, I downloaded the free version of zone alarm, could you tell me if it is permanent please, or is it something that will need renewing? I see Lorraine has retired for the night Audrey, have I made a boo boo? lol Lin xx

Hi Lin, I have zone alarm and downloaded for free from www.zonelabs(,)com remove brackets. the page that comes up you have to scroll to the bottom and click on home page, then follow it from there. take care, Audrey
