My dad was born 29th dec 1907,his birth is reg Mar qtr 1908

Any event from the middle of a quarter to the end of it really needs the quarter of the event and the following quarter checking. Seeing as the birth was only a few days before the end of the quarter it is most unlikely that it would appear before the following quarter. Glen

From my experience, most birth registrations seem to be at the end of the six weeks if anything! Merry

no as its right at end of 1/4 you had 6 weeks to register and I expect the reg office closed due to Xmas Jeanette

Hi Angela, Remember you have 6 weeks to register the birth, hence it can fall into the first quarter. Debs x

if some ones birth day is 28th dec 1971 wouldnt it be registerd in the 4th quater iv just found them in 1972 first quater angie x
