Thank you Diane - I have seen this one, but in 1851, George was a 46 year old widdower and by 1861 - he when he was 56, he had a new wife Ann aged 33, so it is not the one. Thanks anyway, Dea x

Over the past 3 or 4 days I have found almost 100 relatives who I KNOW are connected to my tree - the families have intermingled and there are several connections BUT I cannot add any of them to my tree because I cannot find the main link. I need to find a marriage of George Kent - I believe to Ann Chesters, somewhere between 1851 and 1861 in Cheshire. + I need to find Ann's parents who I believe died before the 1851 census - I believe they were Stephen Chesters c 1829 Davenham, Cheshire, + Elizabeth Latham. - Then I need to prove that they had children Ann Chesters c 1828 (probably Wharton Cheshire), Elizabeth Chesters c 1840 - Clive, Cheshire, and Mary c 1836, Middlewich, Cheshire. Elizabeth married Samuel Richardson c 1839 Yatehouse, Cheshire. Mary married several people, including Samuel Hickton + Samuel Downing, and was the sister-in-law of George Kent. Talk about interbreeding!!! If only I could find the link my tree would be 100 people bigger!! Dea x
