finding info on hotel in 1905 help pls

:-(( just realised I have 2 Robert Whitcomb Dennings - do you agree that the older one (b1852) is more likely to be the hotel owner rather than the one b1879? Or would 26 be a reasonable age in those days? in 1901 the older one is in Chelsea and the younger in Westminster if that helps?? xx Jen |

Well, I can tell you that Lancaster Gate is a POSH area, near Harrods. Well the first one above is! Opposite Hyde Park, I used to work there - not at the hotel. Praed Street is in Soho district I think. May be there is another one. |

ooh, thanks Suzanne. I know next to nothing about London. I did find Lanc Gate on a map site but it didn't mean much. xx Jen ps - had a peep, the praed st hotel seems new. |

Hello, thanks for looking. I have crept off on a tangent and found a rellie with a pub/ hotel in London, 1905. I have had a look at some google results without much luck. Any kind people have any advice please? xx Jen |
