I'm trying to find some more information on Benjamin Harrison, born abt 1798 (+/-5?) He lived in South Leeds, probably Hunslet. Married a Sarah....? bef 1818. Do he and Sarah (with a daughter - Isabella) appear on any censuses please? xxx

Do you know when he married / when Isabella was born ? Do you have them on any census ?

Perhaps Isabella is a bit of a smokescreen. She was born, abt 1818 in Hunslet, Leeds. And married in March 1837 (to David Schofield). I have got her and him for 1871 onwards. I would just love to trace her parents. But know nothing else about them, sorry. Andy :-(

I suspect Benjamin is dead by 1841. This is Isabella in 1841, living Myrtle St, Hunslet HO107/1345/5 f41 p31 SCHOFIELD David 25 lab Isabella 20 William 9months. Remember 1841 rounds ages down 0-14 as stated, 15-19=15 etc. There are several Schofields living nearby on Myrtle St, possibly brothers to David, namely a William 25, and a John 30. There is also a Sarah HARRISON age 50 living on her own next to the above mentioned John 30.
