Hi to all, Found a possible relative on mine, but need to pay £3.50 to find out if its mine or not. It seems to be the person..... what is says is born Stonehouse, Devon (kinda right...), date: april 5 1872 (well he died in 1872 so don't know what its refering to...). He is called George Henry Anstis on the site ( i don't know about the Henry bit) and its on the Register of Seamans services. Offical number 143466 ADM 188/201 Steve

The squirrels appear to have attacked this site too, so I can't check your reference, but it should be the case that this man was in the Royal Navy and BORN in 1872. He may be related to, but would not be the man you are interested in.

Then I'm not the only one who's having trouble persuading DocsOnline that it really does have results for me? Christine
