I'm really excited as just got another match on Lost Cousins with someone who's added some of my ancestors names!! Just emailed the person who added them and can't wait for a reply. had a lot of luck with lost cousins recently it must be that ancestry special offer. Just wanted to share my good luck!!! I haven't put anyone on there either. I keep thinking that maybe people put their trees on all the same sites, so it's the same people searching the same names each time! Does that make sense? In other words, if I can't find matches for my names on here what makes me think I'd have any luck on Lost Cousins! I suppose I ought to really, nothing ventured-nothing gained etc!! Congrats on your successes!

had a go at lost cousins, but mus be really dim coz i couldn't work out what to do!!

You open the LDS 1881 in a new window then copy the household of each of your ancestors into your my ancestors page - if you use the little plus sign to add the next person after head of house you don' t need to type in the folio etc again. Once entered the names look like this in your ancestors summary,- Lant, Ann Jane Brook 1842 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Marriage Lant, William 1844 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Susan 1867 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Harriet L 1870 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Emily E 1872 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Clara Alice 1876 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Robert Saville 1879 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative Lant, Beatrice Eleanor 1881 - - - 2951 102 46 England & Wales 1881 Blood relative You will need to hit the check for new ancestors button weekly or so.
