Herbert Ketteringham b. 1868, Middleton, Norfolk. Lives in the Salvation Army Congress hall, in 1891. Does this mean, he works there, or is he homeless? The Census sheet is different from normal, and i'm confused (Again) Paul

I don't think he works there. There are loads of ''caau''?? on there, but the staff members have select titles.

The only difference in the record sheet is that it is an 'establishment 'sheet, not a family form (kind of thing)

It says before filling out below (Ocuupation) see page 11 of this book. It was on the establishment census sheet.

every enumeration book had a page of printed instructions to enumerators at the back. That would be page 11 in this case. Institutions such as schools, hospitals, prisons and workhouses were done by the person in charge, not by the normal enumerator, using special books like this one. This guy (or maybe the Matron?) writes a d with a short stick and doesn't usually cross t's, so what looks like 'Caau' is actually Cadet
