I've got to the stage where I've got to give in, and pay the money!!!! Any advice please on what I need to subscribe to, I don't think I've got any USA rellies. How much should I be paying? are there any special offers that you know of? Thanks Suex

Hi Sue I have the Annual UK & Ireland Records Collection and have found this quite quite enough if you know your rellies are born and bred UK. Mine runs out in April 2006 so Ive had it for a while now and not sure about how the subscriptions may have changed. Suzanne

I think the'Your family tree magazine' offer ran out September, but look out for the offers in those sort of magazines you can often get discounts on websites and save money . Kim

They are also doing a 2 week free trial. But it really is worth the money - I think its £55 in the special offer if its still on for the year or about £69 normally.

Well my hubby has FINALLY agreed for me to take the annual Ancestry subscription, seen as the £55 offer is still working. However, on the form, when I click submit my order, it comes up in red writing saying: 'Including tax, your order is £55.95. To complete this order, please click 'Submit my order' I've tried twice now but still getting the same message??? Don't tell me it won't let me have the offer???? after all that convincing. I'm also worried in case they take the amount twice, although I definitely can't view any images etc HELP!!!! Helen x

Helen, I had that message, just once though. I went to the bottom of the page and clicked the relevent box. It has been working fine. I've already managed to trace my Smith family back to 1861! I know what you mean though it's worrying when it doesn't go according to plan, especially when the credit card is involved! Don't realy know what to suggest. Suex

I just refreshed my page for some reason and then a message popped up thanking me for my order!!! I just blooming hope they don't debit me twice. I can see from my bank account that one £55.95 has come out, will check later if a 2nd one comes out. I'll flip if it does! (and hubby!) Has this happened to anyone else?
