Illigitimate child question????

Hi, well my great grandmother Margaret Walsh, b.1905, was an illegitimate child her mother Tereasa Walsh nee Fitzsimmons was Irish and was a married woman She ran away from ireland with her three older children to Liverpool. In liverpool she had my g gran to a man called Thomas McCabe....now....i don't know if she met thomas here or if they met in ireland and she was carrying my g gran when she left. I know from my g grans birth cert that he was a Dock Labourer but that is all i know. Tereasa was born 1874 so he could have possibly been born around 1860's/70's. WHEN MY G GRAN WAS BORN HE WAS LIVING WITH THE FAMILY AT 21 HOLLY STREET LIVERPOOL. MY G GRAN SAID THAT SHE MAY HAVE ONLY EVER SAW HIM ONCE WHEN SHE WAS A CHILD. APART FROM THAT SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HIS NAME?????CAN ANYONE HELP ME....WHERE COULD I FIND MORE INFO ABOUT HIM? |
