I have found the original entry of my birth but at the side of GRO there is an S, does anyone know what this means? |

Hi Louise Can't answer your question I'm afraid - not much good with adoptions, I haven't had any in my tree so far. I think if you type 'adoption' in the search box at the top of the tips board page, you should find some very good threads that might be able to help - I do know there are some very knowledgeable people on here.
