Is it possible that he went back to Ireland after his wife died? |

A few thoughts. Was Patrick the informant of Margaret's death or was she referred to as a widow? Could Patrick have gone to live with one of his children, maybe miles away? Maybe Patrick remarried? |

I can't think of any way of finding out whether he went back to Ireland without a later census from there. I am afraid that I don't know anything at all about Irish records, but I am sure that someone on this board will!! |
