Does anyone know if and where early (20th births in South Africa can be looked up? Thanks in advance:)

Hi David i have been browsing on google if you look in more depth i am sure that you will be able to find something. The south african department of home affairs may help. Again i think you would need to look in more depth. Sorry i can't help more stephanie.
