Help please my daughter fixed my computer and now when i try to get in to ancestery i just get offers of free trials had it in favorites before so just clicked on that, should say i hardly know any thing about computers i am learning as i go along . thanks Val

Maybe your daughter deleted your Ancestry cookie, which would mean that the site can't find your username & password? In which case, log back in with your user-name and password (at the top of the page). Should be OK after that. Richard

Mine keeps doing this lately, dont know why - but if you look up at top right hand side it says something like 'already registered? log in here'
