1984-2002 these are the only possible deaths and none of them look likely, so he was probably alive in 2002 (I think the last year is not complete, so lets say, to 2001 he was probably alive) Name - Death Registration Month/Year - Birth Date - District - Inferred County Albert Edward Simons Jun 1991 6 Aug 1914 Tower Hamlets Greater London Albert Edward Simons May 1994 25 May 1901 Ashford Kent Albert Edward Simons Aug 1998 21 May 1921 Keighley West Yorkshire Albert Edward H Simons Jun 1993 10 Dec 1926 Preston and South Ribble Lancashire Merry

HI MARIE I CHECKED DEATHS UPTO2002 ON ANCESTRY AND NO ALBERT EDWARD SIMMONS B 1937. SO UNLESS HE DIED BETWEEN 2002 TO DATE HE MAY STILL BE ALIVE. COLETTE

You can try Traceline - you pay and then they find the person using official govt. records. They don't put you in contact, but they will forward a message from you. Details on: www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/research/traceline/index.asp#0 nell
