Hi, can any one help? Where could i find records for births that took place onboard a ship from Scotland to Dunedin New Zealand in the 1860's? I can't track down my G Grandfather who's records aren't showing up as being born in Dunedin (although his marriage and death cert state that's where he was born) so i can only assume he was born on the ship over. Any ideas? Thanks Conna |

Hi Conna Try this, you can search for passengers lists from this site http://www(.)downtown(.)co(.)nz/genealogy/ (remove brackets) some ship births are recorded on the passenger lists. Michelle |
