The other day there seemed to be a problem not with uploading but actually deleting your old tree down to yourself. A few people mentioned it. |

That will account for my problems exporting from the site. I emailed them yesterday and they replied that they will look into it. I would have appreciated it if they had told me there were problems. |

Heather I know you weren't critising and I didn't take it that way. I am pleased some are being uploaded but I can't understand why some of us seem to have problems and others don't and I just wanted to warn others there could be problems because it is so frustrating. Joy I did ask for an extension to my subscription so I will have to wait and see what they decide to do. Anyway I am going away shortly for a break so hopefully they will have done it by the time I get back but I am not banking on it. Jan |

I have about 470. I wasnt critisising anyone (!!) I just thought it strange that GR said they had a problem with it at the mo. Ive spent weeks in the past trying to upload but this time it was fairly smooth for a change. |

Heather Perhaps its only a few of us that are having problems but I do know of others. Has your tree only a few names mine has over 700. Anyway I am pleased yours was okay. Jan |

Strange, I did mine yesterday and apart from the usual 'no name matches your tree in the gedcom' message - which I always get cos I dont have my second name on the tree - it worked fine. |

GR technical support seem to have major problems uploading gedcom files according to their email to me. I have been waiting 3 weeks and they have no idea when the problem will be resolved. Please keep this post nudged until the problem is sorted so other members don't lose their trees as well. Jan |
