How do you access Ancestry through Family Tree Mak

I go to the search ancestor button through the program and its asking me to join, but I'm already a member!! thanks Sharon |

I was able to access Ancestry through the AFT. I clicked on the Internet drop down box and selected Search Ancestry com The new screen showed I was already logged in. If you are having trouble with the link, you will need to contact Ancestry support. Rose |

on the subscribe page there is a section that say's Already a member? and a space to enter your username and password Roy |

I don't have that 'are you already a member?' question on my screen. Its FTM 2006 but it should surely be the same! Sharon |

Ihave the same problem. I just continue as if im trying to join, and eventually it tells me im already a member. Its a bit of a pain though. Wendy |

Wendy, have worked it out - I had registered the program with a variation of the email I use in Ancestry not the exact one. So I ran though the registration again through the help menu and changed the email address to match the one I use i Ancestry and its fine now :-) HTH Sharon |
