Hi John, St.Andrews Parish Church and London Rd. are almost in the centre of Manchester. The Church records are in Manchester Central Library as well as the maps for the area. I think you may find some of the Church Records batch numbers on the Hugh Wallis site. Mary |

Thanks folks, the only other info I have is that the Ecclesiastical District was St Andrews and sub- district was London Road. Does this place it anywhere definately in the Manchester area ? Your help is much appreciated |

Hi John, As far as I can see from my street map of Manchester dated in the 1960's, there is no Paris Street in Openshaw ( this is spelt without the H) but there is a Paris St. in Bolton and a Parish St. in Salford. Hope this helps. Mary |
